Tyler Woodard

Tyler Woodard is a business broker with Vaughn & Associates, based in Denver, Colorado. He helps owners of privately held businesses navigate successful exits and assists buyers in identifying the right opportunity to acquire and grow.

Tyler brings five years of franchise development experience, during which he awarded more than 100 units. He previously represented brands across a 16-brand portfolio and later led U.S. growth for a North American franchise system, guiding candidates from initial inquiry through disclosure, due diligence, and closing.

Before entering brokerage, Tyler earned a master’s degree in exercise physiology and spent more than a decade in the fitness industry as a coach, a department manager overseeing a staff of 55, and the owner of his own training business. That hands-on operating experience sharpened his ability to read people, ask the right questions, and understand the day-to-day realities of running a small business.
