A major advantage of this opportunity is that a buyer can step into an already-established, revenue-producing franchise operation rather than taking on the substantial cost and risk associated with opening a new location.

Building a new franchise from the ground up can require significant upfront investment in real estate, leasehold improvements, construction, equipment, signage, technology, hiring, employee training, initial marketing, and other pre-opening expenses. It can also take considerable time and additional capital to establish a customer base and reach consistent revenue levels.

With this acquisition, much of that foundational work has already been completed.

The buyer is acquiring two operating locations with established infrastructure, trained employees, an established brand presence, approximately 700 active members, and more than $750K in annual gross revenue.

In other words, instead of investing significant capital to build a new location and then spending time developing its customer base, a buyer can acquire an existing operation that is already open, staffed, serving customers, and generating revenue.

This can provide a meaningful head start and allow the new owner to concentrate on operational efficiency, customer retention, revenue growth, and margin improvement rather than the lengthy process of launching a new business.

Business Model

The business is built around the concept that routine hygiene should be an ongoing part of a dog's care—not an occasional grooming appointment.

Members receive convenient access to recurring services addressing fundamental grooming and hygiene needs. Core services include:

Bathing
Ear cleaning
Nail trimming
Teeth brushing
Skin and coat care
Blow-drying
Haircuts
Additional grooming and wellness treatments

The recurring nature of these services encourages customers to maintain a regular grooming schedule and creates opportunities for customer retention, predictable visit frequency, and increased customer lifetime value.

Customer Base

The business has approximately 700 active members, providing a substantial established customer base and a foundation for recurring revenue.

The membership model encourages customers to make routine grooming and hygiene care part of their dog's ongoing wellness routine, rather than relying exclusively on occasional grooming appointments.

Operations

Both locations are currently fully staffed with experienced and trained teams and operate without day-to-day owner involvement.

This is an important advantage for a buyer seeking a turnkey operation. The business already has employees, locations, equipment, operating procedures, customers, and franchise infrastructure in place.

A new owner can therefore focus on managing and improving an established operation rather than building the operational foundation from scratch.
