Adam Morris
Business Broker; Sales Lead
I've built my career at the intersection of institutional finance and hands-on entrepreneurship, helping business owners see their company through the eyes of a sophisticated investor and build a clear plan to close that gap. Starting at Ernst & Young in tax compliance, financial modeling, and due diligence for corporations like U.S. Steel and Dow, I've since accumulated over $1.7 billion in transaction experience, including debt origination, LIHTC equity placements, and global M&A advisory. I have also deployed my own capital as both a General Partner and Limited Partner, and I currently own and manage over 300,000 square feet of industrial real estate.
Today I serve as a fractional CFO and strategic advisor, delivering institutional grade financial leadership to companies that need it without the full time cost. I help clients with financial strategy, capital structure optimization, acquisition due diligence, deal structuring, operational improvements, and capital raising.
Having worked with REITs, private equity firms, family offices, and institutional lenders, I understand what they look for and what makes them walk away. My goal is to help you think like them and successfully execute your next acquisition, capital raise, or exit.
Education: BBA in Accounting & Finance, Concentration in Business Valuation, University of Michigan, Stephen Ross School of Business
